Directions:

Gently apply a small amount on wet skin and massage into face, neck or entire body if you like! Move in circular motions. Rinse well with water and enjoy fresh and soft skin. For best results, repeat 2-4 times a week.

Their products have a shelf life of 12-18 months. Each item has a best before stamp that shows the  MM/YYYY of when it expires so you know when to use it by.
