Company Bio -
We’re Liz and Patrick, owners of Delusional Sauce Co, a Hamilton based craft sauce and condiment company. Pat is a trained Chef and has been brewing up the most delectable sauces for the past decade, bottling and sharing with friends and family. Liz is a sauce connoisseur, Delusional sous chef and handles branding, marketing and sales. With the tumultuous climate of the restaurant industry due to covid and a new tiny human added to the mix, we decided this might be the craziest and most delusional time to bring our sauces to market and share with the masses!
We put an emphasis on flavour first products and use fresh ingredients to make our vegan products in small batches. Everything is made in Hamilton and we use local produce and products when available and where possible. We use glass bottles and try to reduce the amount of plastic we use. Our products are zero waste (all scraps are used to make vegetable broth that we use personally) and all byproducts are incorporated into other products (for example, the chillies we use to make our chili oil for the Chili Garlic Confit are then used to make our Miso Chili Crunch!).
